Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested within 1 day of placing the order. Orders already shipped may not be cancelled.
- No cancellations for perishable items.
- Damaged/defective products must be reported within 1 day of receipt.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3 business days.
Return Policy
- Returns/exchanges allowed within 1 day of purchase if items are unused and in original packaging.
- Items bought on sale may not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Refunds/exchanges are processed after inspection and approval.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 7 days via registered courier or speed post. Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Xventory is not responsible for courier delays.
